Amazing Views! This hike was by far one of my favorites. It was challenging, but extremely worth it. We started from the Cholla Trail. Be mindful it is steep in areas and requires rock climbing. Bring water and lots of energy! Enjoy.

Beautiful, but can be treacherous hiking/climbing experience. LOVED every single moment of it. So many beautiful views of Scottsdale. Went with my hubby, and 6 year old. Only recommend it with kids that are very good at listening and know that you can't just run around everywhere.

Phoenix is a beautiful place to Visit and if you’re Looking for a challenging hike, Camelback Mountains or for you. Not for the faint of heart, it’s bigger than you think it is so packed plenty of water to stay hydrated. Don’t forget your camera it’s a beautiful place to snap photos of the beautiful red rocks against the desert landscape.

Definitely not for the faint of heart. I’m just short of 67 and in pretty reasonable shape (and there were older than that there, also), but this climb was a definite challenge. Better have good wind and legs. Think about gloves, too. If I’d of had some I would have worn them but no biggie. An absolutely fantastic hike (read climb)!

Took this hike the morning before my flight home. Totally worth it. Difficult hike but totally doable, but take your time and make your way to the top. Took about an hour to get up and around 45 minutes to get down. That feeling you get when you finally make it those last few steps to the top is a feeling you don’t find often, but when you work for it, it makes it that much sweeter. Climb that mountain.
